Basil Pesto Sauce

Pesto mixed with olive oil is a simple, yet delicious salad special and is the perfect dressing for tuna, chicken, bruschetta or pasta. It also adds tremendous flavour when mixed with rice, risotto, mashed potatoes or dolloped straight onto hot vegetables.
